Our client base ranges from contractors, municipalities, water districts, and special service districts, to several state departments of transportation, the Federal Highway Administration, and many others. With six office locations in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona, we are able to serve a diverse clientele across the West. Horrocks is a mid-sized, regional firm. We have worked on projects ranging from $2.6 billion to smaller curb and gutter projects.
